FAQ

Whether you’ve been coming for years or are joining us for the first time, we’ve made it easy for you to plan your trip by following the steps below.

    • AGSW 2024 will be held from January 18 – 25.
    • We have rooms and apartments to suit all budgets. Contact us if you can’t find an accommodation matching your desire.
    • Best option is to book a package where everything is included: room + ski pass + event pass.
    • If you already have an accommodation, you can buy your event pass in January
    • Discounted lift tickets are on sale on our shop. The earlier you book the lower your price!

Arosa has over 300 days of sunshine a year, so it won’t always be cold. Expect a mix of sun and snow during your trip. It may be cool outside, so bring a warm coat or jacket…but it will likely be warm inside, so you won’t need that heavy alpine sweater your dying to bring. Not saying that you can’t bring it, but if you wear it to dinner or dancing, you will be sweating.

You can wear jeans almost anywhere in Arosa, the dress is mostly casual. You can also dress to the nines if you like. We have also fancy stores to shop for that trendy coat or top if you forget anything. What we don’t have, however, is a good store where you can buy underwear or socks!

Please don’t forget:

  • your personal skiing/snowboarding gear (skis, boots, jacket, pants, gloves, goggles, sunglasses, hat, helmet, etc)
  • good winter boots for walking around town with a lug sole, so you don’t slip. We have snow on the streets at all times
  • swimwear for the ·ES· pool party
  • white dress code for the white snow ball farewell party
  • some other sexy clothes for the other parties
  • some drag queen stuff if you want to participate to the drag queen race (it’s fun and there is a fab first prize!)
  • some nice clothing for the classical concert (take a sweater to the church)
  • all the rest you need for a fantastic winter holiday… a good mood and uplifted spirits!
