Welcome drink and delicious home made Fondue Chinoise, a swiss speciality served at the Steinbocksääli from hotel Vetter.

• Fondue chinoise «Vetterstübli» (meat cooked in broth):
  9 Oz tasteful, hand-cut sirloin beef, veal, deer and pork directly from our IP certified farm. Served with exquisite, homemade sauces : a hint of the far east or with italian flair and the special “Vetterstübli”. Choose between rice and french fries as a side dish. A healthy salad bowl is served as appetizer.
