Mountain lunch

Midday rendezvous

Welcome to Arosa, where the majesty of the Alps meets inclusivity in our gay-friendly mountain huts. Nestled in the breathtaking scenery of Arosa, these restaurants offer not only breathtaking views, but also a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Embracing diversity and acceptance, Arosa's gay-friendly mountain huts provide a safe space for LGBTQ+ travelers and their allies. Whether you're a solo adventurer, a couple seeking a romantic getaway, or a group of friends looking for a memorable break, these huts cater to everyone and create an environment of openness and respect.

By the way: in winter, all mountain huts and restaurants on the mountain are accessible on foot - enjoy both, food and nature.

Tschuggenhütte

Meet and greet on the sunny terrace in the middle of the ski area. It's the perfect meeting place for skiers and non-skiers alike, and is easily accessible on foot or by cable car. Relax on the comfortable deckchairs while tasting one of the barbecue specialties served on the terrace. When the terrace is closed, we meet inside in the HänneStall.

Hörnlihütte

The Arosa Ski Club built the Hörnlihütte in 1923 on the highest point of the Hörnli ridge! Today the hut is a hotspot in the middle of the sports area, known and loved far and wide.

Almost everything is homemade and no flavor enhancers are used. You'll only find dishes that fit in with the mountains, so you won't find any fish or shrimp on the menu.

Carmennahütte

Join us in the middle of the ski area and enjoy memorable moments at the outdoor bar or relax on the sun loungers in the sunny weather. Later meet up inside the Munggaloch for lots of local specialty drinks and fun. Don't miss the infamous Munggapfupf - it's a must!

Alpenblick

Welcome to Arosa's picturesque mountain restaurant. Nestled amidst the spectacular scenery, the Alpenblick offers not just a meal, but an elevated dining experience. With panoramic views, delicious cuisine and a warm atmosphere, the Alpenblick invites you to savor the flavors of Arosa while surrounded by stunning mountain beauty. Not to mention the best Cremeschnitte and cakes far around.
